Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- During sale periods or peak times, dispatch may take up to 3 business days.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
All UK orders are fulfilled from within the United Kingdom and shipped via Amazon Shipping.

Delivery to remote or offshore locations (including parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland and UK islands) may take longer.

In any event, delivery will occur within the timeframe required under applicable UK consumer law.
Risk & Responsibility
Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.
If you provide delivery instructions (including authority to leave), you acknowledge that parcels may be left unattended and frank body is not responsible for loss or theft once delivery has been completed in accordance with those instructions.
Tracking
Tracking details will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We may not be able to amend delivery details once your order has been dispatched.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Care team at getnaked@frankbody.com as soon as possible.
We will investigate with the carrier and provide assistance in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK consumer protection laws.
