How Often Scrub every 2-3 days. Use my cream and drops daily.
How Much A handfull of scrub, a dollop of cream, and a few drops of oil will do the trick.
Step 1
Get naked, and get in the shower. Once your skin is wet, cover your body in my Original Coffee Scrub. Scrub in circular motions for a few minutes, from top to toe. Focus on areas that want extra attention by scrubbing them for longer: lumps, bumps, breakouts and dimples. Rinse off, towel off.
Step 2
Apply a generous layer of Firming Body Cream with a few drops of Booty Drops all over the body. Massage into the skin in circular motions, focusing on areas that need extra attention.
Step 3
Touch yourself. Using your hands or a sculpting tool, give yourself a stimulating lymphatic massage. Glide over the skin in upward strokes with light to medium pressure, repeating for a few minutes on each section of the body.
